The Building and Energy Conservation Bureau (ESEB)

Submitter of the project is association “Building and energy conservation bureau”. By lobbing the decision makers, representatives of municipality, international and local financial institutions, as well as training or consulting potential energy service companies and informing residents, ESEB wants to realize large-scale deep retrofit of multi-family buildings in Latvia that is based on energy service principles.

Community-­Based Natural Resource Management (CBNRM) Networking

Partner from Norway has experience in natural resource management by giving consultations in various countries as well as experience in anthropology science. This partner will give invaluable contribution by sharing its knowledge and experience with all involved experts and researchers in those activities within the project which are interconnected with developing methodology, gathering and analysis of qualitative data and writing the final report to achieve as high and good quality results of the project as possible.

RTU Institute of Energy Systems and Environment (VASSI)

In this project RTU will be represented by Institute of Energy Systems and Environment. Partner has deep theoretical and practical knowledge in power and climate change policy development and implementation as well as in performing scientific researches. Partner will share his knowledge and experience participating in those activities within the project which are interconnected with developing methodology, gathering and analysis of qualitative data as well as participating in the writing of the final report to ensure quality of accomplished works and high contribution of knowledge.
